A list of the browser levels that support 128-bit encryption follows:

Netscape for Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000 and Windows NT

Microsoft Internet Explorer for Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000 and Windows NT

If you need to upgrade please follow the instructions below:

INTERNET EXPLORER

Upgrade to 128-bit

(Before starting upgrade please close all active windows)
Open Internet Explorer
Choose Help
Choose About Internet Explorer
Cipher Strength should = 128-bit
If you need to upgrade choose “Update Information”
Click on new link: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/recommended/128bit/default.asp. Search: 128-bit
Choose “Download for 128-bit Internet Explorer”
Choose your download option

NETSCAPE

Even if your Netscape Navigator release level is Version 4.06 or higher it may not support 128-bit encryption.
