reveal specific information about our customers’ accounts or other personally
identifiable data unless: our customer has requested or authorized it; the
information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by our
customer; the information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar

collect the domain name and email address (where possible) of visitors to our
web page, the email addresses of those who communicated with us via email and
information volunteered by the consumer. The
information we collect is used to improve the content of our web page, used by

organizations for commercial purposes.

Electronic Delivery of
Customer Information Agreement and Disclosure This
agreement states the terms and conditions that apply when you use DeWitt Bank &
Trust Co. Online Banking. The terms are
in addition to those that apply to any accounts you have with us or any other
services you obtain from us. You
must also follow all of our instructions and procedures applicable to the
services covered by this agreement. This
refers to each person who establishes Electronic Services with us or who uses or
is authorized to use a DeWitt Bank & Trust Online access and password or other
means of access we establish or approve.
The terms refer to our services that allow you to make payments, transfer
funds, access accounts, obtain information, receive bank statements, and perform
other transactions over the Internet and/or telephone.
DeWitt Bank & Trust Company reserves the right to suspend your use of
Electronic Services at any time. As a
reminder to those who correspond with us via email, while it is fast and
convenient, it is not a secure method of communication.
We recommend you take care not to send emails containing any personal,
private or sensitive information you would not want viewed by a third party.
We suggest that you do not send an email that includes your account
numbers, social security numbers, credit card numbers, PIN’s, security code or
passwords.
Online Account Access To access
your accounts online, you must use the Access ID and/or other means of access we
establish or provide for your use together with a PIN.
Anyone to whom you give your user Access ID and password will have full
access to your accounts even if you attempt to limit that person’s authority. When you
enter your Access ID and your password at the login page, that information is
sent over a secure connection to our online banking service provider, who
verifies that your Access ID and password are correct and process your request
to access your accounts. If you make
an error in your entry of the Access ID and/or password, you will not gain
online access to your accounts.
After three unsuccessful login attempts, your account is locked.
You will have to contact DeWitt Bank & Trust Co. to have your account
unlocked. |
